More than a quarter century strong. Our founder Julius Ward and his family have been involved in real estate investment and property management for over 25 years. Their first investment started with a small house in Los Angeles, CA. From that initial investment, their portfolio of real estate expanded to include single family homes and apartment buildings. Ultimately, this successful growth led Mr. Ward to established 401k Realty and 401k Property Management. His goal: Help families realize the power of real estate investment as a means to a comfortable, enjoyable lifestyle and stable retirement.
