We understand that wise financial management is critically important for you to succeed. Let our professional team create a detailed plan within your budget that will help you achieve your goals.
Q. Are you able to deal with difficult tenants?
A. Yes, our property managers have over 25 years of experience working with all types of tenants. Our staff is courteous, professional, and trained to effectively work with a wide array of tenant personalities.
Q. What happens if we have an emergency in the evening or on the weekend? Do you have an emergency answering service?
A. For building-related emergencies, we have a 24/7 emergency response. For all health and fire emergencies, the first call should be to 911, then to our response team.
Q. How long are the contracts?
A. All contracts are month-to-month. We structure our contracts this way because we are confident in the services we provide to our clients. If at any time you would like to stop working with us, all that we require is a 30-day advance notice.
Q. Do you have relationships with vendors? What if I want to keep my old vendor?
We have regular vendors that we’ve had the pleasure of doing business with for the past 25 years. All of our vendors are highly qualified and provide our clients with significant cost savings. However, if you prefer to use vendors you are familiar with, we welcome that as well.
